Teresa F. Frisbie

Practice

 

Ms. Frisbie’s practice includes representing and advising clients in a wide range of federal and state court litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution.  She has more than twenty years of experience and has represented individuals, small businesses, and international corporations as plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and business disputes; employment matters, including discrimination, wage actions, employment contracts, and restrictive covenants; insurance coverage; consumer fraud; professional licensure; privacy rights; real estate; construction; franchise; fraud and tort matters. Ms Frisbie has extensive mediation and arbitration experience both as a mediator, arbitrator and advocate in ADR proceedings and frequently writes and lectures on these topics.  She is an adjunct professor of mediation and negotiation skills classes at Loyola University of Chicago School of Law and has coached international arbitration and mediation competitions.  She is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by her peers as an Illinois Leading Lawyer in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution: Commercial Litigation, Employment, International.
