Practice
Mr. DeGrand represents clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution contexts, focusing on commercial and employment-related matters. He has tried cases to juries and the bench in federal and state courts in Chicago and elsewhere, and has successfully conducted arbitration hearings and other evidentiary presentations before alternative dispute resolution tribunals. Mr. DeGrand has also argued a number of appeals, before the Illinois Supreme Court, the Illinois Appellate Courts, and federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.
